Promote choices, decisions and programs in the best interest of the students, educators and community involved.

Create and promote education, prevention and intervention programs for students of a variety of needs.

Develop and implement programs that will monitor the progress of students in order to ensure their preparation into productive adult life.

Personally improve the skills necessary to deliberate, not debate an issue.

Continually work on consultation and counseling skills, as well as, profession driven assessment skills
