A child is a complete human being, born with the fullness of spirit and talent, simply in need of unfolding.  Educators are leaders.  An educated person is someone whose innate being has been led out, enticed and appreciated.  Education is not all the same as teaching.  It is accomplished by love and faith in the very soul of the child who stands before us crammed 
with manifested talent...
